...was established in 2016 by founder and president, Eli Mercer. With a BS in Industrial Engineering, Master's Certificate in Project Management, and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Eli spent over 17 years developing teams and managing small (thousands of dollars) to large (multi-million dollar) capital projects in many different industries. The latter 10 of those 17 years, Eli worked as a consultant for two different established engineering firms. It was during that time when he became cognizant of substantial shortcomings that these larger firms inevitably imposed onto their project teams and clients. Eli conceived a plan to do things differently, to do things better.
